James Coe Wood Products, Inc. cuts most of its own lumber. We run and operate a Cornell gang saw that provides us will versatility to cut many different size lumbers at our own discretion. This eliminates large lead times that competitors have by waiting on precut lumber from other mills.

Our material arrives in block form called “Cants” and is processed through the gang saw into the specific sizes used for your pallets.

The lumber is then hand stacked on staging pallets for transit to next step in the pallet making. If we have a pallet that calls for a 4-way entry the lumber goes to a machine that cuts the notch in the “Runners.”
