JAMES COE WOOD PRODUCTS, INC.
The hardwood raw materials that James Coe Wood Products Inc. uses during production come from over 20 different log mill companies throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. James Coe Wood Products Inc. also uses pine materials for crate making and specific customer pallets. The pine products come out of Vancouver, Canada and Southern USA. Our manufacturing facility is approximately 12,500 sq/ft which sets on 2.5 acres of land. We operate two Viking nailing machines for 2/3 of the pallets we make. This machine is automated through a computer nailing design software program. James Coe Wood Products Inc. mills and cuts most of the wood we use in manufacturing. We use a Cornell gang saw which allows us to cut both runners and boards at the same time. We offer 4-way pallets which are done on the notching machine. International Exporting pallets are offered at our facility. We heat-treat at our facility on a daily base. These products are then certified and stamped ready for export use. Package Resource Laboratory (PRL) is our certifying company for the heat-treat process. James Coe Wood Products Inc. continues to provide a drug & alcohol free work environment. Our production team is well trained on all equipment and understands the importance of a quality product. Our management and production staff would like to extend the invite to become a new customer. Sincerely,
Daniel Coe
